SHEET METALWORKING AND MACHINING WORKSHOP JOBS
We make the manufacturing of your parts more and more efficient by using state-of-the-art technologies, with CNC machining centers (combined tube and sheet fiber laser cutting system, CNC bending, CNC machining stations).
With our sheet metal machine and bending machine, we can work up to a length of 4m. Our vertical machining machine is suitable for the productive machining of components made of cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metal.
WELDING AND METALWORKING JOBS
We have decades of experience in welding, whether it's steel, stainless steel, or aluminium.
The acquired certifications (TÜV, MHTE) provide excellent finished products for our customers. (In some cases, we also provide laser and AWI welding.)
SURFACE TREATMENT, PAINTING
The finished products achieve their final form in our newly opened 500 m2 paint shop.
The powder coating technology allows us to surface-treat (paint) the products we manufacture, thus delivering them to the customer with greater added value. The equipment is suitable for powder coating of parts up to 6m in length.
With our recently commissioned sandblasting and liquid painting technology, we are also able to surface-treat and paint objects the size of containers.
We have tailored the range of materials we can machine to meet your needs (stainless, alloy and "C" steels; aluminium; polyamides).
