Since its founding in 1997, Allance Ltd. has been engaged in metalworking, including metal fabrication, welding, machining, water cutting, flame and plasma cutting. Despite our continuous equipment upgrades, we couldn't always meet modern expectations, which is why the GINOP-2.1.8-17-2017-00682 grant was so important to us. This project was realised with the help of a 15 million HUF European Union grant within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 program.

With the implementation of the project, our company modernised its sheet metal processing equipment (replacing our outdated, inaccurate equipment), expanded its machining capacity, and can now enter the market with a new, related activity by commissioning a powder coating system. This enables us to perform all manufacturing tasks required for producing the logistics systems demanded by potential clients today.

Our company has Hungarian, German, and French customers from various economic sectors. Unfortunately, we had to acknowledge that our order volume significantly decreased due to the COVID pandemic. We are working on finding new customers, but it is feared that this will not happen quickly.

One of the oldest production halls of Allance Ltd. was created in the early 2000s by converting a building originally designed for storage purposes. Unfortunately, this hall has become obsolete in terms of energy efficiency and is too costly to operate. With the help of investment grant support for energy efficiency measures, the windows, insulation, and heating systems were completely renovated and replaced.

During our current production and future growth, a significant amount of steel sheet will be processed. The components of the manufactured finished products are almost always sheet metal parts as well. The new OR-P3015T6 3000W IPG Combined Tube and Sheet Fiber Laser Cutting System, manufactured by Orre Laser, is capable of handling sheet metal up to 3,000 x 1,500 mm or tubes/profiles up to 6,000 mm in length.

Project description: The consortium of QLM Logistics Solutions Ltd. and Allance Ltd. aims to create a complex system of high-lift forklifts and transport forklifts that work together in an autonomous forklift system capable of adapting to the unique needs of the end user, handling the entire spectrum of warehousing tasks, and participating in production supply processes.
