Description of the project
Since its founding in 1997, Allance Ltd. has been engaged in metal machining, including sheet metal work, welding, machining, water cutting, flame and plasma cutting. Despite the continuous development of our machinery, we have not always been able to meet the expectations of the times, which is why the GINOP-2.1.8-17-2017-00682 project was important to us. This project was implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 program with a European Union support of 15 million HUF.
As a result of the application, the machines included in it enable our company to produce our old products more precisely and efficiently, as well as to produce new products that have not been manufactured before.
It was important for us to have the Akyapak AHS 20-13 four-roll, hydraulic plate bending machine, which we use daily in the production of products ordered by our partners. The precision and efficiency of the new machine saves us time and energy in further processing.
The Cuteral CSM 550 hydraulic semi-automatic, double-column sawing machine and the XZ5150A Column drilling/milling machine were also part of this project.
The sawing machine was important for us to be able to cut large, more robust materials for the production of our products. With the old sawing machines, size limitations required us to manufacture the components using other technologies, which meant additional costs for us.
The drilling/milling machine was important for us, both for new and old products, so that we could manufacture the products requested by our customers with a simpler but more efficient method.
The Lincoln Power Wawe s350 welding machines meet today's modern requirements, making welding much faster and more precise. After welding, the products require less post-processing. This saves us money and energy, and increases capacity.
As a result of the application and development, our company will be more competitive in terms of quality and capacity on the market. The new machines allow us to produce other products that have not been manufactured before.
