Description of the Project
Significant amounts of steel sheet are processed in our current production and in our future growth. The components of the manufactured end products are almost always sheet metal parts.
The new OR-P3015T6 3000W IPG Combined Tube and Sheet Fiber Laser Cutting System, manufactured by Orre Laser, is capable of handling sheet materials up to 3,000 x 1,500 mm in size or tubes/profile tubes up to 6,000 mm in length. The delivered power source allows us to cut carbon steel up to 20 mm thick and stainless steel up to 15 mm thick with adequate accuracy. The equipment is considered the most advanced technology in the field of sheet metal cutting. Our equipment can automatically change the sheet metal plates, and the workspace is equipped with a camera, allowing work to be safely monitored from a distance.
With this investment, we are performing work previously done by subcontractors ourselves. We can determine the work and its production sequence ourselves, without having to "stand in line". We can more flexibly track customer requirements. All of these improve the company's competitiveness and revenue-generating capacity. By being able to cut not only sheet metal but also tubes, we can expand our activities to production tasks for which we receive inquiries but were unable to accept previously due to conditions (e.g., railing production, tube frame construction). We can bring customer orders to a new area for Allance Ltd., thereby increasing the potential for growth.
